I’m Amber DiCarlo. Founder of The EQ Architect, podcast host, MBA, and PhD researcher in emotional intelligence.
The work
My work explores how communication, leadership presence, and emotionally intelligent interactions influence trust, professional relationships, and organizational experience. Through podcast interviews, editorial storytelling, and strategic collaborations, I engage with attorneys and professionals navigating leadership, reputation, client relationships, and the human dynamics of business.
Although naturally introverted, I have found meaningful work in creating conversations that encourage reflection, authenticity, and connection. What began as a creative outlet evolved into a platform dedicated to thoughtful dialogue and professional storytelling across the legal and business communities.
My research interests center on emotional intelligence, leadership behavior, workplace experience, and the impact interpersonal communication has on how professionals are perceived and remembered.
